Terms of Service

Maventec finds, contacts and self-qualifies prospects for your business, and delivers the qualified ones — Grade-A leads, meaning appointments with budget and timeline confirmed — into your app and portal. We deliver appointments. We do not attend them, and we do not close sales; that part is yours.

₹25 per prospect, all-in: up to 3 personalized WhatsApp touches plus their own branded proposal PDF — and we stop the moment they reply, opt out, or book. ₹20 per AI qualifying call, made on the ~25% of prospects worth calling. ₹10,000 one-time onboarding. Your first month is free. A standard 600-prospect month works out to ₹18,000; every unit is itemized in your portal.

The service is prepaid: you top up a wallet, and usage is drawn from it daily at the listed rates. If the wallet runs low, sending pauses automatically — you can never owe us money for volume you didn’t fund. Unused balance is refundable when you leave.

We commit to running the machine honestly at the stated volumes and to delivering qualified appointments at an auditable cost. We make no promise about your close rate or revenue; every revenue figure on our site is labeled an illustration for exactly that reason.

If a Grade-A lead is junk — wrong number, no real intent, fake identity — flag it in the portal within 48 hours. Verified junk is credited back to your wallet. We take the hit, because the grade is our claim, not yours.

Leads delivered to you are exclusively yours: never shared, never resold, never recycled to another client. Campaign data is handled per our Privacy Policy, including per-client isolation and deletion on request.

Stop any time with a message — no lock-in, no notice period. Sending stops that night, the unused wallet balance is refunded, and your data is deleted on request per the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. If a clause is held invalid, the rest stands.
