Privacy Policy

Your application details (name, business, industry, city, average ticket, team size, phone), your portal activity, and the records the machine produces while working on your behalf — prospect lists, WhatsApp conversations, AI-call transcripts, proposal-page opens. Nothing more, and nothing collected quietly.

Every client’s data lives in its own isolated account. Your leads, transcripts and numbers are never pooled, never shared with another client, never resold, and never used to build someone else’s campaign. A competitor on our books cannot see that you exist.

We contact you only because you ticked the consent box on your application: “I agree to be contacted by Maventec on WhatsApp/phone about my application.” Prospect messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business API through a verified business sender; every message carries a working opt-out, and opt-outs are honored instantly and logged permanently.

Ask, and your account data — leads, transcripts, reports, invoices metadata — is deleted within 30 days. We confirm completion in writing. Records we must keep under Indian tax law (invoices, payment records) are retained only as long as that law requires.

Data is stored on servers located in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the Maventec operators who run your campaign, each under a confidentiality agreement. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data — yours or your prospects’.

You may access a copy of your personal data, correct it, have it erased, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and raise a grievance — first with our Grievance Officer below, then with the Data Protection Board of India if we fail you. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing.

If this policy changes in any way that matters, we tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect — no silent edits with a new “last updated” date. Old versions are available on request.
